This is our portable word wall that is connected to the Soulful Alphabet. The purpose of the word wall is to provide a model of high frequency words for students. These are words the appear most frequently in reading. The words from the Soulful Alphabet are embedded into the word lists. Each letter of the alphabet is represented by a small piece of the black culture.

This word wall is portable and can be printed and used in personal reading and writing notebooks. Additional words can be added to each page by you and your students!
