All students will receive individualized instruction to enhance their skills and strengthen their weaknesses. Our tutoring sessions are subject-specific and correlate directly to the state standards using 60 minutes of instructional time. We also help students set reasonable goals to improve their performance in the classroom.
With consistent communication from parents, Soulful Beginnings is able to provide supplemental materials to help students prepare for upcoming unit tests and quizzes. We are also offering test prep sessions for MAP testing, CogAT/ITBS testing, and standardized state testing. Our test prep sessions are usually grade level specific and conducted in group settings.
Our summer camps provide hands-on activities for children to receive enrichment in all subject areas. Each summer camp will have a main focus with a theme that is carried out on a weekly basis. The goal is for children to experience learning in a unique environment that is different from the every day classroom. Our teachers include lots of movement, music, and brain-based activities to stretch the thinking of our learners. We hope to help children try new things, gain confidence, and learn to enhance their social skills with others.
